The October Foundation was established to meet the needs of active duty military, Veterans and their dependents; who have medical and/or mental healthcare needs, but are struggling to find access to affordable, quality care.  We treat patients with dignity, empathy and compassion. We utilize a collaborative, holistic approach to patient care. Our goal is to partner in our patient's journey to achieve their happiest, healthiest lives.
